DELIVERIES WITHOUT SIGNATURE
Should you request to have your order delivered without signature, please leave a note for our care team in your order notes.
We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorised delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES + DUTIES
International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties. The payment and knowledge of these charges that may apply to your purchase is not the responsibility of Salt Society, to which we have no control over. In the event this occurs, please contact your local customs office directly.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
